MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

All participants must provide a valid medical certificate to confirm their fitness to compete. If your certificate is deemed non-compliant, participation will be denied and no exceptions can be made.

Requirements • The certificate must be signed and stamped by a licensed medical practitioner in Oman or in your home country. • The certificate must indicate permission to engage in competitive endurance running (trail running). • The certificate must be dated within 12 months of the event date and clearly valid on race day. • The certificate must be uploaded to your runner dashboard by the deadline: [insert date]. If you register after this date, you must upload it as soon as it becomes available. • Certificates issued in languages other than English or Arabic must be accompanied by a certified English translation.

INTERNATIONAL ATHLETES

Non-Omani participants must either: a) Submit a certificate issued in accordance with the above requirements, or b) Use the official medical-certificate form provided by the event, complete it with a doctor’s stamp and signature, and upload it to their dashboard by the deadline.

To avoid issues with medical certificate compliance, we recommend that all foreign athletes download the official form, have it completed, signed, and stamped by a doctor, and upload it to their dashboard.

Failure to upload the medical certificate by June 17, 2026, will result in the cancellation of your registration without a refund.
